"Herz" has the meaning of the heart, and was designed with the concept of a sound that makes the heart beat and pulsate.

Herz has a different design than previous overdrive pedals.

Although it has a simple design, you can make a wide range of sounds from powerful sounds like driving a power tube to delicate crunch sounds by lowering the gain. The voltage is raised to around 12.5V internally, and the maximum volume of this effector can be obtained only with the default power supply 9V input in the effector.

The variable width of the gain pot is very large and it is possible to earn a considerable amount of gain by crunching at zero and making it full ten. It has a 4-knob configuration and is very simple and intuitive to operate. There are two types of tones, and it is equipped with a normal Tone and an OverTone for overtone / high frequency adjustment. Tone adjustment is possible at a finer level.

I finished it as an effector that becomes a habit once I play it.

-The main IC mounted in the center of the circuit constitutes most of the sound of this effector.
-The coupling capacitor is equipped with Mallory 150\'s, which is also used in vacuum tube amplifiers.
-The pattern of the board is as thick as possible, and a copper foil with a thickness of 70 μm is used to improve conductivity.
-There are two types of tones, and it is equipped with a normal Tone and an OverTone for overtone and high frequency adjustment. Tone can be adjusted at a finer level.
-For the power supply circuit, "Conductive polymer aluminum solid electrolytic capacitor (OS-CON)" with excellent ability to remove power supply noise is used.
-In order to adjust the overall sound output balance, some of the internal circuit parts are used for audio and are tuned uniquely.

"Herz" has the meaning of the heart, and was designed with the concept of a beating and pulsing sound. The paint used is a special marble paint, and the composition of the paint and solvent is finely adjusted. After many trials and errors, I finished the painting with the image of "heart". The upper surface of the main body is covered with marble paint, and the side surface is pursuing the realism of the painting process by leaving the paint flowing from the upper surface of the main body as it is.
